The season is from 1st March through to 14th November. Prices start from around £29,000 for a new 2 or 3 bedroom fully serviced caravan holiday home (finance available subject to status). Pitch Fees are £1225 per annum, plus rates and comprehensive insurance.

Caravan Holiday Homes are offered for sale for holiday and recreational use only and are not permitted to be used as a permanent home. Caravan holiday homes are for the use of the resident and his/her family. Residents are not permitted to sublet their tenancy on a commercial basis or to receive payment from any other person for the use of the caravan.
